Before "Dancing With the Stars" appeared on the scene, ABCFamily created a reality television show, "Dance Fever:" Diana danced her way into the finals on that program and she has professionally competed in ballroom dance competitions all over the world.
The concept for FirstDanceOnline.com originated from a suggestion by one of Diana’s friends. Diana and her husband, Brian, were living out of the United States while preparations for her friend's wedding were taking place. Diana’s friend said, “I wish you could video a first dance routine and send it to us.”
“Now people can learn in their home and practice as often as they like,” says Diana. Brian added, “Even though my wife is a professional dancer, I never learned to dance. I am one of those people who felt embarrassed to dance at a studio where people could see me. Now Diana teaches me at home and let me tell you, if I can learn, YOU can learn too!”
